Flow Regulators

As water height increases, so does the rotation speed which creates a loss of load which reduces the hydraulic section and the flow rate.

This spiral requires no adjustments and contains no moving pieces. This package contains no wearing parts and requires no maintenance. The regulator is composed of 2 sections: the spiral which is removable to facilitate inspection or removal of obstructions and the base which remains fixed.

The flow regulator can be integrated directly in a stormwater basin or other regulating structure but can also be installed in an exterior trap. The choice of regulator is made based on the flow required for a maximum water height. The regulator requires no auxiliary energy to function. Since the regulator’s entry is constantly under water, it allows the small floaters to stay in the basin.
